The Equitable Learning Specialist will support UNICEF's education program in Sierra Leone, focusing on inclusive education and Non-Formal Education (NFE). This role involves coordinating activities, adapting curriculum, supporting teacher development, and improving data related to disabilities. The specialist will also contribute to the design and implementation of an accelerated education program for marginalized girls.

The UN Volunteer will be responsible for covering the costs of their own accommodation and other related living expenses while based in Freetown. Travel costs incurred in the performance of official duties will be covered in accordance with UN standards. UNDSS clearance to ensure adherence to minimum safety standards is required and will be facilitated by the Office.
