The Equity & Culture Associate provides administrative and operational support to advance equity-centered initiatives, programs, and processes across the organization. This role assists in executing key internal projects, including survey administration, learning and development, and staff-facing events like retreats. The Associate ensures seamless operations and maintains organizational documentation to foster an inclusive and values-aligned workplace culture. The position requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while supporting the broader goals of the Equity & Culture function.
