The Senior Development Effectiveness Specialist will support the Infrastructure and Energy (INE) sector at the IDB by strengthening project design, implementation, and evaluation. The role involves implementing the Development Effectiveness Framework (DEF), providing technical guidance on project quality, and conducting economic analysis for infrastructure projects. Additionally, the specialist will design training programs, manage knowledge dissemination, and ensure high-impact results across the portfolio. This position serves as a strategic advisor within the Front Office to enhance the relevance and efficiency of development operations.
