The United Nations Environment Programme is seeking an Executive Secretary (D-2) to lead the Ozone Secretariat in Nairobi. The incumbent will provide strategic advice to parties of the Montreal Protocol and Vienna Convention, manage intergovernmental negotiations, and oversee secretariat operations and staff resources. This role requires high-level diplomatic engagement, data-driven decision-making, and the facilitation of multilateral environmental agreements.
