The Expenditure Review and Reconciliation Specialist will support the FAO India Office in strengthening financial integrity and compliance for the Green-Ag Project. The role involves conducting detailed transaction-level reviews, verifying supporting documentation, and reconciling financial records with the Project Management Information System (MIS). The specialist will collaborate with state-level implementing partners to resolve reporting gaps, ensure audit readiness, and provide guidance on documentation standards. This position is essential for maintaining financial transparency and adherence to UN and GEF requirements.
