The Facilities Program and Portfolio Consultant will provide technical and analytical support for the IDB Group’s corporate real estate initiatives, including space planning, design, and construction projects. This role involves managing the full project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to handover and operational use across headquarters and country offices. The consultant will ensure project data integrity within the ServiceNow portfolio management system while supporting real estate transactions and service level agreements. It is a strategic position focused on delivering efficient facility management solutions in an international development context.
