UNICEF is seeking community volunteers in The Gambia to support the reduction of zero-dose children through immunization outreach in Western regions 1 and 2. Volunteers will conduct home visits, assist health workers at clinics, and mobilize local communities to increase vaccination demand. The role involves real-time data collection using mobile applications to track coverage and identify unvaccinated children. This initiative aims to strengthen the link between health facilities and households to ensure equitable access to essential health services.
