The Field Team Leader will oversee data collection activities in Bursa, Türkiye, under the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) project. This role involves coordinating field data collectors, ensuring data quality, and conducting interviews with host and migrant communities. The position requires strong communication and cultural sensitivity. This is a volunteer role with a monthly living allowance.
