Description

This consultancy provides technical and substantive support to the UNCCD secretariat in implementing mandates for the Science-Policy Interface (SPI). The consultant will develop operational procedures, governance frameworks, and feasibility studies to ensure scientific rigor and policy relevance for the 2027-2030 work programme. Additionally, the role involves supporting the finalization of draft decisions for CST17/COP17 and facilitating the renewal of SPI membership and technical support units.
