The Gender and Humanitarian Expert will lead UN Women's GiHA portfolio in Mozambique, providing technical expertise, leading program design and implementation, and ensuring gender equality is integrated into humanitarian responses. This includes strategic leadership, programme management, monitoring, technical assistance, and partnership building. The role requires strong coordination within humanitarian mechanisms and advocacy for gender-responsive approaches. The expert will also focus on building the capacity of local women-led organizations.
