The Global Safety Nets and Microinsurance Senior Associate is responsible for the end-to-end design, piloting, and setup of household microinsurance and safety net products. This role bridges high-level strategy and ground-level execution, conducting market research, managing external partnerships, and leading pilot programs across multiple markets. The successful candidate will drive product innovation and develop operational playbooks to transition early-stage pilots into scalable agricultural financial programs.
