Cabo Verde
The Governance Specialist will support the UNDP Joint Office in Cabo Verde by assisting with the implementation of the SIDS Strategy (2025–2034). The role involves designing public policies for administrative modernization, strengthening institutional capacities for governance, and facilitating multi-stakeholder dialogues. Additionally, the specialist will help position Cabo Verde as a leader in climate diplomacy and sustainable development ahead of the 2027 AOSIS presidency.
