Reach Out and Read of Greater New York is looking for a Grants Manager to support fundraising efforts and manage institutional fundraising operations. Responsibilities include developing a prospect pipeline, preparing materials, managing donor relations, and tracking outcomes. The Grants Manager will collaborate with staff, contribute to fundraising strategies, and represent the organization externally.
