The Hatay Team Leader (DTM) position with IOM Türkiye involves overseeing data collection activities related to the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) project. The role requires supervising enumerators, conducting interviews, providing feedback on data quality, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. This is a volunteer position focused on humanitarian aid and supporting migrants.
Field data collection, Survey experience, Experience working with migrants, refugees, or displaced populations (advantage), Experience using digital data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK) (desirable), Fluency in Turkish (required), Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Cultural sensitivity, Ability to adapt to dynamic field conditions
