The Head of Department – Programs will provide unified leadership across Jacaranda Health's three core workstreams: PROMPTS, MENTORS 2.0, and Data & Advocacy. This senior leadership role involves managing a large, multi-county team, overseeing complex donor-funded grants, and deepening strategic partnerships with county governments and the Ministry of Health. The successful candidate will translate organizational strategy into actionable results while ensuring operational excellence across maternal and newborn health initiatives in Kenya.
