The Head of Mission (HoM) will open INSO Venezuela and Ecuador coverage and represent the organization in these countries. The HoM will oversee all aspects of project management, leadership, coordination, and supervision of staff and services. The role involves strategic leadership, service delivery, program management, human resources management, and security/risk management within the region.
