The Head of Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) at Lively Minds will guide evidence creation across all projects and support planning and organisational development. This role requires expertise in change theory, monitoring, evaluation, and analysis, including managing relationships with external evaluators. Collaboration with Senior Management Team members and staff is key.
