The Head of Safety will be responsible for implementing the DRC’s Safety Risk Management System in Ukraine, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring the safety of staff. This role involves developing safety protocols, conducting training, providing security analysis, and coordinating with the Country Director and Senior Management Team. The position requires experience in security management within a high-risk environment and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
