The Human Rights Adviser (HRA) will support the UN Resident Coordinator and the UN Country Team in integrating human rights into their programs and activities, particularly within the United Nations Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework. Responsibilities include building UNCT capacities, advising on strategies to strengthen national institutions, and supporting engagement with international human rights mechanisms. The role also involves reporting to the Regional Office and providing technical assistance to the government and national stakeholders.
