The Humanitarian Affairs Officer will work within the Crisis and Response Division of the Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) in Dakar. The incumbent is responsible for monitoring humanitarian developments, managing risk, and ensuring compliance for Country-Based Humanitarian Pooled Funds in West and Central Africa. This role involves extensive reporting, stakeholder coordination, and providing technical training on risk management frameworks to support effective humanitarian response efforts.
