The Humanitarian Affairs Officer/Pooled Fund Manager will be based in Bangkok and report to the Head of the Regional Office. This role involves managing allocation processes for humanitarian funds, ensuring financial compliance, and maintaining strategic relationships with donors. The officer will also provide guidance on risk management, monitor humanitarian projects, and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure effective crisis response.
