The ICT Support Specialist will manage technical operations and internet connectivity for Imagine Worldwide's programs across Sub-Saharan Africa. The role involves providing remote and on-site network support, managing internal IT helpdesk services, and assisting with cloud-based systems administration. The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of ICT to ensure secure and efficient infrastructure for staff and in-country partners.
Network troubleshooting (Routers, Switches, Firewalls), Cloud productivity suites (Google Workspace), System administration, IT helpdesk support, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Last mile connectivity/Satellite deployments, IT security best practices, Technical documentation
