The Information Systems Officer will implement, administer, and support enterprise on-premise and cloud systems including messaging, collaboration, and IT service management platforms. The incumbent will act as a Subject Matter Expert to design and develop solutions while maintaining documentation and ensuring system performance and security. This role involves participating in IT standard development and providing level 2 technical support within the UNRWA infrastructure in Damascus.
