The International Trade Centre is seeking a consultant to lead a structured assessment of Business Support Organizations (BSOs) in Vietnam to identify service needs for MSMEs. The role involves refining and localizing survey tools, managing data collection, and conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform capacity-building strategies. The consultant will produce a final analytical report and present findings to stakeholders to support the SwissTrade+ Programme.
