The Wounded Warrior Project is seeking an IT Service Desk Intern to provide first-line technical support to teammates. The intern will assist with hardware provisioning, password resets, ticket routing, and basic troubleshooting under supervision. This role focuses on educational training within an IT support environment to help ensure the organization's mission is carried out efficiently.

This is an unpaid internship designed to offer educational training. Employees receive a hybrid work schedule (three days in office, two days home), medical, dental, and vision coverage, and performance incentives.
