The United Nations Convention to Combat Desertification (UNCCD) is seeking a Senior Science Writer and Publication Coordinator to manage the end-to-end production of high-level scientific reports, including the flagship Global Land Outlook 3. The consultant will be responsible for substantive editing, scientific writing, and coordination with various stakeholders to ensure complex data is communicated effectively to policymakers and the public. The role requires expert editorial management and adherence to United Nations editorial rules to produce reports, guidance documents, and journalistic science communications.
