The International Evaluation Consultant will conduct an independent evaluation of the project ‘Towards inclusive and resilient urban recovery in Ukraine.’ Responsibilities include assessing project design, implementation, and results; identifying lessons learned; and making recommendations. The position requires experience in conflict contexts and knowledge of urban recovery.
