One Acre Fund is seeking a proactive Investment Operations Senior Specialist to manage the operational backbone of its impact investment fund, One Acre Ventures. This role involves overseeing fund administration, investor relations, regulatory compliance, and governance processes to scale investments for smallholder farmers. The successful candidate will design operational workflows, manage external service providers, and ensure high-quality financial reporting and documentation. This is a 2-year fixed-term position based in Kigali, Rwanda.
