Tiko seeks an IT Support Officer to provide advanced technical support, ensuring a seamless digital environment. This role involves managing hardware, Google Workspace administration, RMM tools, security, and asset management. The ideal candidate is a skilled technical expert with strong organizational and communication skills, based in Portugal.
IT Support, Systems Administration, Google Workspace Administration, Endpoint Protection (Bitdefender GravityZone or similar), Windows, macOS, Active Directory, Networking, Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools (NinjaOne, Pulseway)
