The UNDP is seeking a Joint Field Project Coordinator for the LANTERN project in the Eastern Province of Sri Lanka to support conflict-affected communities with land release, resettlement, and reintegration efforts. This role involves coordinating field-level implementation, facilitating stakeholder consultations, supporting monitoring and evaluation, and providing administrative and logistical support to the project office. The incumbent will work within the Social Cohesion Pillar to foster collaboration between government and non-state actors, aiming to reduce tensions and prevent future conflicts.
