The Lead Engineer at Jibu will be responsible for overseeing quality assurance, production uptime, site and production system design, and international expansion efforts. This role involves developing and implementing standard operating procedures, maximizing equipment uptime, and coordinating with international partners. The Lead Engineer will also be involved in capacity building, laboratory operations, research and new product development, and operational excellence. The position requires a Master's degree and at least 5 years of management experience.
