The Learning & Knowledge Specialist will design and implement capacity-building initiatives, focusing on development challenges in Latin America and the Caribbean. This role involves collaboration with diverse stakeholders, development of learning programs, and application of emerging technologies. The specialist will assess needs, design learning materials, and evaluate program impact to improve development outcomes. The position requires strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in Spanish and English.
