EIDU is seeking a Learning Lead to join their Nigeria team. The Learning Lead will be responsible for adapting and localising learning and training content for the Nigerian context and ensuring continuous improvement of all EIDU training programs. The role involves acting as a liaison between learning and operations teams, developing training programs for the field team, and monitoring and evaluating the learning programs.
