The Learning Lead will act as a bridge between EIDU's Nigeria and Kenya teams, overseeing the localization and implementation of educational training content. The role involves designing and delivering training programs, monitoring field performance, and collaborating with government stakeholders to enhance learning outcomes. The incumbent will also lead capacity building for the field team and contribute to the development of EIDU's digital learning platform.
