The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) is seeking a legal professional to provide comprehensive legal and procedural support to the Intergovernmental Negotiating Committee (INC) on plastic pollution. The incumbent will conduct legal research, draft pre-session documents, provide procedural advice during meetings, and assist in managing intersessional processes. This role requires expertise in international, public, and private law, as well as the ability to synthesize complex data for decision-making purposes.
