The Livelihood and Capacity Building Expert will lead the design and scaling of non-farm enterprise-based livelihood opportunities for rural women in Jharkhand. The role involves identifying viable micro-enterprises, strengthening value chains, and building the capacity of field teams to support sustainable income diversification. The expert will work closely with government systems and community institutions to implement market-linked enterprise models at scale. This position focuses on driving rural economic inclusion to alleviate poverty through evidence-based programming.
