The LTR Supervisor role oversees the implementation of disaster services programs, managing staff and volunteers in local preparedness, response, and recovery. This position involves leading community engagement, managing government partnerships, and ensuring equitable service delivery. The supervisor will also develop disaster leadership volunteers and coordinate activities within the assigned geographic area.
