The Senior Project Leader will be responsible for leading project deployments in the National Office, managing complex and multicultural initiatives, and effectively communicating with diverse local and global actors. This role ensures that each project has the necessary integral support throughout its life cycle, aligning actions with the local, regional, and global strategy. They will also be the reference person for the adoption of the Program Cycle and the implementation of new policies, processes, and technologies. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate activities both virtually and in person.
