The Major Gift Officer (MGO) will cultivate and manage a portfolio of high-value donors in the Midwest to meet Compassion's revenue goals. They will develop fundraising campaigns, build relationships with donors, and strategize engagement efforts. The role involves advocating for Compassion's ministry, setting fundraising forecasts, and potentially leading tours and events. This position requires experience in fundraising and the ability to solicit and close major gifts.
