The Manager, DCS Operations Systems leads and develops a team responsible for the maintenance, administration, and technical support of core operational systems such as RC View and WebEOC. This role acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure operational readiness, develop system configurations, and manage data effectively. The position involves coaching staff, overseeing project strategic plans, and providing tier 2 technical leadership within the organization.
