The MEAL Enumerator will conduct monitoring of IOM's activities through interviews and direct observation. Responsibilities include data collection, entry, translation, analysis, and supporting accountability mechanisms. The role involves in-person and remote interviews with beneficiaries, along with participating in focus group discussions and data quality reviews. The position requires adherence to confidentiality and security procedures and involves preparing monitoring reports and gathering beneficiary feedback.
