The MEL Officer will support the Manager in various Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) activities. This includes data collection, analysis, reporting, and training, along with support in planning, implementing system changes, and managing people. The role also involves contributing to knowledge sharing, continuous improvement efforts, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements. This position requires someone with a degree in M&E and at least three years of experience.
