The Mersin Team Leader (DTM) position is a volunteer role with IOM Türkiye, focusing on data collection related to migration. The Team Leader will oversee enumerators, conduct interviews, and ensure data quality, reporting to IOM's Senior Project Associate and Field Coordinator. This role requires strong communication and cultural sensitivity.
Field data collection, Survey or assessment experience (desired), Experience with migrants, refugees, or displaced populations (strong advantage), Digital data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK) experience (desirable), Fluency in Turkish, Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Cultural sensitivity, Ability to adapt to dynamic field conditions
