The Midwifery Programme Specialist will provide technical support to national and sub-national counterparts to enhance midwifery-led care models and maternal and newborn health (MNH) interventions. The role involves strengthening the quality of care through mentorship, monitoring, and capacity building for midwives within Uganda's healthcare system. Additionally, the specialist will contribute to program documentation, humanitarian response coordination, and the integration of sexual and reproductive health services.

Volunteer Living Allowance (VLA) to cover housing, utilities, transportation, and communications.
