The United Nations Environment Programme is seeking a consultant to design, validate, and operationalize a harmonized Monitoring and Reporting (M&R) framework for the GEF ISLANDS programme. The consultant will develop standardized reporting templates, establish core programmatic indicators, and provide capacity building through training for various child project teams. This role aims to improve data aggregation and impact demonstration across international environmental initiatives. The project is expected to last for a duration of 3 months.
