The Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Lead will design and own the impact measurement systems for GGEM Farming, an organization focused on improving smallholder farmer livelihoods in Malawi. The role involves managing data systems, performance tracking, and translating complex data into actionable insights for both internal decision-making and external fundraising. The successful candidate will work closely with operations and field teams to ensure credible reporting on farmer income, food security, and organizational impact.
