Description

The Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL) Manager will support the implementation of MERL processes in Rwanda. This role ensures education programs are backed by data, analysis, and continuous learning. The manager will work with teams to improve data-driven decision-making and enhance learning outcomes. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kigali, Rwanda.

Skills Required

M&E, MEL, Data analysis, Research, Quantitative and qualitative data collection, Data management, Data analysis (Excel, STATA, SPSS, PowerBI, or similar), Report-writing, Presentation skills, Training and capacity building, Stakeholder management
