The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) seeks a National Consultant to develop a Blue Bond framework and engage stakeholders in Kazakhstan. The consultant will adapt Blue Bond guidelines to the country's regulatory framework, conduct stakeholder consultations, support pilot issuers, and document implementation challenges. The position is remote and requires fluency in Kazakh and Russian, as well as strong English skills.
