The Resident Coordinator System seeks a national consultant to conduct a comprehensive final evaluation of the UN Cooperation Framework (CF) 2023-2027 in Moldova. The consultant will assess the UNCT's collective contributions, including non-resident agencies, and the application of UN programming principles. The evaluation will focus on impact, responsiveness to emerging issues, and provide actionable recommendations for the next UNSDCF and strengthen accountability. The work is for April-August 2026 for 25 working days.
