The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) seeks a national consultant to facilitate stakeholder engagement and data collection for The Gambia's third Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC 3.0). The consultant will support emissions modeling, mitigation scenario development, and national validation by collecting and validating sectoral data, and ensuring institutional ownership. This is a part-time, one-month assignment.
